Product support engineer

They have leveraged 12 years of machine learning, millions of data points processed daily, and patented technology in 58 countries to launch an AI-based Data Engine, which is paving the way to high-value services - precise consumption data, real-time volume traceability and optimization, theft, fraud, and waste prevention - with no hardware involved for multiple players: Fleet operators, vehicles' manufacturers, IT providers & integrators, and policymakers.

Good knowledge of new IT tools;
Ability to quickly analyze complex situations and processes;
MS SQL Server, T-SQL, NoSQL databases proficiency;
Basic knowledge of Rest APIs, WCF, NET framework and C#, Azure Platform services, CosmosDB, Service Bus, Event Hub, Databricks, ADF, Synapse, BI Platforms, Web Apps, ASP.NET, Message oriented middleware, Microservices, .NET core, Docker.

Primary responsibility is troubleshooting, root causes identification, and resolving errors;
Contributing to product development and improving processes;
Revising identified issues and contributing to SOW/FS/Tech Specs as required;
Stabilizing new products from R&D into Production;
Engaging in internal issues review and client calls.
