The company is a leading provider of production, postproduction, and distribution services to content creators, network service providers and broadcasters.
The HR management in most companies has features that make the processes time-consuming and difficult without special software. The Customer has more than 50 000 employees in more than 10 countries all over the world. He needed one system for HR management activities in all the offices and on different languages. The system was started by another subcontractor, and after a failure from his part the project was given to Noveo with strict time constraints.
Noveo developed the system with the following features:
- centralized database of employees which includes all documentation associated with them: personal information, salary, specialization, etc. All data were stored in time-phased format;
- high level of security;
- collaborative work of users with different access rights;
- statistics generation;
- generation of different kinds of reports: user can insert parameters by himself and the report is automatically generated.
Integration of the system and knowledge transfer were done onsite in France.
