Project description
Project for a French auction company which organizes online auctions of capital goods (vehicles, equipment, etc.) and real estate for local authorities, public administrations and businesses. Curently we are carrying out an ambitious project to rewrite the platform. Within the context of a service-oriented architecture, several sites and applications are being developed and integrated in a multi-channel approach.
Technical stack: NodeJS / VueJS / Cypress / Git / Jira.
Requirements
- Basic experience with test automation using Cypress and Cucumber (BDD);
- Familiarity with a test management tool, ideally Xray;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions;
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL), and cloud hosting (AWS);
- Good Git practices for version control;
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, curiosity, strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team (Kanban);
- Сonversational level of English and French - strong B2;
- Location: Morocco.
Responsibilities
- Gradually automate an existing portfolio of manual tests (end-to-end tests, API integration tests) to establish a regression testing suite.
- Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using Cypress (Cucumber).
- Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Manage and track test campaigns via Xray (planning, execution, reporting).
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and validate scenario writing.
- Work with the Senior QA Engineer to write scenarios and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze results and address issues.
