Development and support of a group of web-sites

Business purpose

Our customer represents a big French agency specializing in website development. Their clients’ companies’ interests range from fashion to entertainment, from mass media to households and more. Since the number of development and maintenance projects had begun to grow, it became difficult for the customer to handle the ever-increasing workload, and so they decided to delegate a part of their tasks to Noveo.

IT staffing

At first, the customer charged Noveo with the maintenance of one of their websites. Pleased with our team’s work, the customer started to gradually expand the number of tasks and asked for a ramp up. Eventually, the dedicated team went from 1 to 7 developers – as of now, they are engaged in supporting 9 existing sites (information blocks update and development, performance improvement) and developing several new ones from scratch. The customer remains satisfied with the results and team’s efficiency.
