Elaboration and development of a medical web application
Business purpose
The goal of the customer, representing a network of medical clinics, was to develop a web application from scratch that would allow to automate the workflow between clinics and insurance companies.
IT staffing
Noveo team started with the elaboration phase, which included working on UI/UX analytics, creating specifications, designing layouts, prototypes and screens.
The whole concept of the application was to present an ergonomic and easy-to-use workspace that simplified paperwork processing for doctors and had an integrated scanner solution.
The functional part contained the following:
- Scan written documents in one click and upload them onto the system.
- Send emails and faxes to insurance companies directly from the app.
- Check report tabs that do not allow medical employees to skip or forget about the document.
- View statistics graphs (percentage of insurances paid and rejected).
- Divide user privileges according to their roles (administrator, director, employee, insurance company agent).
