A leader in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, the client's group and its regional logistics centers offer more than 25,000 products, delivered within 24/48 hours anywhere in the country;

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Technology (Active Directory, DHCP, SMTP, O365, SharePoint, Intune);
  • Strong system administration and advanced problem-solving skills; 
  • Technical project management skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other levels of support;
  • Fluency in English (Upper-intermediate and above);
  • Location: Portugal or Cyprus only. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 3 support for incidents and issues related to Microsoft solutions;
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems;
  • Maintain in-depth expertise in Microsoft technologies and industry best practices;
  • Oversee the management of incident tickets, ensuring SLAs are met;
  • Establish effective processes for the quick and efficient resolution of issues;
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of patches, updates, and improvements;
  • Adapting office tools to meet the specific requirements of the business. This may include customizing document templates, configuring application settings, and other adjustments to align tools with internal processes;
  • Analysis and improvement of workflow processes related to the use of office tools to optimize efficiency and productivity;
  • Transitioning to newer versions of office software to benefit from the latest improvements in performance, security, and features;
  • Integration of new features into existing office applications to meet the changing needs of users. This could include specific features related to productivity, collaboration, or other aspects of office work.
