Lead Manual QA Engineer

It is an ambitious project to rewrite a platform for online auctions of capital goods (vehicles, equipment, etc.) and real estate for French local authorities, public administrations, and businesses. He works with more than 300 businesses, including CAC 40 companies. In the context of a service-oriented architecture, several sites and applications are being developed and integrated in a multi-channel approach. Technical stack: NodeJS / VueJS / Cypress / Selenium / Git / Jira;
The context of the project is that a new team is being created with a new delivery process, and the lead QA will have to present some features to the PO. The Lead QA Engineer needs to have a strong proficiency in French and excellent communication and teamwork skills to lead the team effectively.

Fluency in French (Upper-intermediate and above);
Fluency in English (Upper-intermediate and above);
Proven experience as a QA Lead in an Agile workflow (Kanban is a plus);
Good knowledge of Git and Jira;
At least 4 years of experience;
Good soft skills, energetic, proactive, open-minded, and comfortable discussing with other team members;
Timezone: GMT +2 / max +4.

Performing manual functional testing;
Test data generation;
Test reports compilation;
Planning and overseeing business test schedules to ensure efficient testing processes.
