This project is part of an exploration into Testing Services, with the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of the field, defining its scope, and identifying potential solutions in preparation for a Request for Proposal to select the best-fit solution. Testing is conducted globally, covering regions in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and includes functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. We use the Panaya tool for Test strategy, Planning, Execution, and Defect management. All test scenarios are prepared collaboratively with users and then uploaded to Panaya. Users plan and execute all test scripts. Any defects logged in Panaya are then converted into tickets in JIRA for resolution.
