Project description

We are undertaking a software development project focused on optimizing code delivery processes and enhancing developer productivity. In this project, you will work closely with our production team to maintain, improve, and migrate CI/CD platforms, as well as integrate developer experience tools. The project is dedicated to building scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, with a strong emphasis on high-quality documentation and effective knowledge transfer within the team. 

Technical Stack:

  • CI/CD & Orchestration: GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow;
  • DevOps Tools: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker;
  • Scripting & IaC Languages: Bash, Python;
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure;
  • Developer Experience Tools: Backstage, Boundary;
  • Additional Technologies: NodeJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Platform/DevOps Engineer;
  • Proficiency with DevOps and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm);
  • Strong skills in scripting and infrastructure-as-code or backend development skills (Bash, Python); experience as a Python developer will be a big plus;
  • Strong experience with one of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
  • In-depth understanding of security best practices for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure;
  • Excellent time management and autonomy;
  • Ability to produce well-structured, reusable, and transparent documentation;
  • Fluent in spoken English (B2-C1) with strong communication skills;
  • Location: European Union only.

Responsibilities

  • Migrating and integrating CI/CD platforms (transitioning from GitLab to GitHub Actions);
  • Automating and optimizing workflows using tools like ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow, and other DevOps utilities;
  • Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of the platform components;
  • Integrating developer experience tools into existing workflows;
  • Managing large-scale systems and maintaining stability amidst continuous changes.
