Senior Product owner (contract)

Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in IT;
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a remote technical team;
In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with designers to create intuitive products;
Mastery of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, for project management;
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, with an excellent capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.

Roadmap definition: Design and manage product priorities. Prioritise tasks and establish clear deadlines;
Design and Supervision: Take charge of the design process, working closely with the designer and developers. Oversee feature development from A to Z;
Product discovery: Lead product discovery activities to understand user needs and market trends (interviews, competitive analysis and collaboration with internal teams);
Quality Management: Ensure product quality in terms of performance, user experience (UX) and reliability in close work with the QA team;
Agile methodology: Apply agile principles, managing two-week sprints, facilitating team communication and resolving obstacles to optimize team efficiency;
Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure regular monitoring and effectively communicate priorities, progress and results to the CEO and CTO.
