Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant working experience; 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow and how to implement ServiceNow configuration;
  • Good understanding of the ITIL process;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English (B2 and above).

 

Will be a plus:

  • ServiceNow certification

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing regular audits of ServiceNow platform usage to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes;
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize current functionalities and providing recommendations for enhancing the user experience;
  • Preparing detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement;
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures related to configuration management within the ServiceNow environment;
  • Ensuring operational compliance with defined policies and procedures;
  • Establishing tracking mechanisms to ensure adherence to policies and procedures;
  • Addressing identified compliance issues and escalating complex problems to an appropriate level;
  • Collaborating with change management teams to assess and approve major changes impacting configuration management;
  • Managing service requests related to configuration management within ServiceNow;
  • Ensuring timely satisfaction of requests within agreed-upon timelines;
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure configuration management requirements are considered in all project phases;
  • Providing training and ongoing support to raise awareness of configuration management best practices;
  • Serving as the point of contact for any configuration management-related queries;
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of configuration management processes;
  • Producing regular reports on configuration management metrics;
  • Actively monitoring processes to identify any non-compliance with policies and procedures;
  • Reporting and resolving non-compliance situations;
  • Analyzing existing processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Proposing initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and quality of configuration management service.
