Established in 1993, the group is present in 23 countries across Europe, North America, and Asia, with over 1.800 employees supported by a network of +20.000 linguists around the world.

Current project is a SaaS platform serving the general public, with AI interpretation capabilities at its core.

Technical stack: TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (Vite, Tailwind, component libraries), as well as Node.js back-end development and ecosystem tooling.
  • Deep expertise in Node.js, including async patterns, event loop, streams, and building production-grade REST APIs.
  • React Native / Expo — hands-on experience required, both iOS and Android.
  • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, including ORM/ODM usage and query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of React state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query) and component architecture best practices.
  • Strong understanding of UI libraries and component-based architecture — ability to build fast and well without heavy reliance on unnecessary dependencies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and commitment to high test coverage.
  • Strong understanding of web performance, security best practices, and responsive UI/UX.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Git, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
  • Expertise integrating and optimizing Elasticsearch for search and data indexing.
  • AI-native mindset: daily use of tools like Claude Code and Cursor is expected.
  • Startup mentality: high delivery pace, pragmatic over perfectionist, speed-to-market driven.
  • Fluent English — the team works in English.
  • European time zone availability.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with real-time features using WebSockets or server-sent events (Socket.io, etc.).
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend or modular monorepo architectures.
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, sessions, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics, observability, and logging tools.
  • Prior work in high-scale or latency-sensitive applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React, React Native and modern tooling.
  • Architect and implement high-performance front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling (Vite, Tailwind CSS, component libraries).
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express (or similar frameworks), and relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, versioning, and thorough documentation.
  • Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and caching strategies.
  • Integrate third-party services, authentication providers, and external APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
  • Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and observability using modern DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to plan and execute complex technical initiatives.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Work across all ticket types — frontend, mobile, backend — full versatility is expected from everyone on the team.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as part of the daily development workflow.
