Project description
Leading B2B platform for organizing corporate events — from team offsites to large-scale annual events. The project team is located in Paris and meets offline every two months, so a visa and the ability to visit the EU are essential.
Technical stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, GraphQL.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Strong product and business mindset: you understand the impact of what you build.
- Proficiency with React / Next.js.
- Proficiency with Node.js / NestJS.
- Comfortable with MongoDB and GraphQL, including performance considerations.
- Autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2).
- Experience development with Claude Code - most of the code should be produced using AI.
- Must be located within a maximum of 1–2 hours of the Paris time zone and will be required to come onsite in Paris 2 days every 2 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead and share best practices on Claude agentic AI.
- Design and deliver features through to impact validation.
- Contribute to your squad’s architectural decisions.
- Maintain high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Actively participate in team rituals: code reviews, daily syncs, retrospectives, 1:1s.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers on best practices.
