HR and employer branding platform analytics
Our customer is a European company specializing in HR advertising and employer branding tools using AI and deep learning technologies. The customer had a web platform developed that helped employers improve their company’s branding, plan out recruitment campaigns and get better ROI for their training programs for new employees. The aim of the client was to outsource some of their analytics and project management tasks to Noveo.
Both Noveo team members worked as analysts and as project managers, taking on the following responsibilities:
- Creating mockups and prototypes.
- Writing User stories.
- Studying use cases and preparing functional specifications.
- Planning and reviewing sprints.
- Working with the product backlog and roadmap.
