Project description
The project involves developing a Microsoft Power Apps application based on a low-code / no-code approach for generating HR documents from standard Microsoft Word and Excel templates.
The application will include managed forms, a four-eyes review process, and approval workflows where required.
The documents include:
- Employment contracts (e.g. CDI, CDD, apprenticeship contracts)
- Contract amendments
- Employment certificates
The source data is provided through Excel exports (CPeople, Payroll, Cboarding, Territory Assignment) stored in SharePoint rather than via APIs.
The solution should be easy to use for HR teams, fully traceable, role-based, and scalable.

Requirements
- Senior-level experience with Power Apps Canvas: complex forms, role-based UI, SharePoint formulas with delegation considerations, deep linking, and dashboard development.
- Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows: approval-style branching, error handling, child flows, and scheduled flows.
- Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online: importing Excel data into SharePoint, lists, document libraries, content types, permissions, and unique document numbering.
- Experience with Word automation on Power Platform, including Populate a Microsoft Word template using the Word Online connector and content controls.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID security groups and least-privilege access design in Power Apps.
- Ability to read functional specifications, translate them into a development backlog, and estimate the remaining work.
- English level sufficient for workshops and working with technical and functional specifications.
- Understanding of GDPR requirements when working with employee data, including data minimization, avoiding secrets in repositories, and ensuring that production data is not used in unmanaged tools.
Responsibilities
- Enables ADP (Personnel Administration) and RRH (HR Manager) users to create requests, save drafts, complete forms, review, and approve documents according to a predefined RACI model.
- Pre-populates forms using HR data exports stored in SharePoint.
- Merges form data into Microsoft Word templates and stores draft and final documents in SharePoint libraries.
- Supports RRH approval workflows for employment contracts and amendments, including a complete status history.
- Sends Outlook notifications with deep links and reminders in case of inactivity.
- Is configurable in terms of document types, templates, territory references, and locations, so that new document types can be introduced without major redevelopment.
- Ensures data protection and anonymization after one month.
